My parents have filled out the Permission Form for you to participate in the Online Youth Group.

I will participate in the Online Youth Group in a way that is wholesome and keeping with the ethos of 24:7 Youth Ministry.

I will follow the directions and instructions of the Youth Ministers who will direct the Online Youth Group and Connect Video Group.

I will only communicate with the Youth Ministers and Volunteer Leaders (those aged 18 years and older) via the Online Youth Group and Connect Video Group and NEVER in private.

I will not share any part of the Online Youth Group or Connect Video Group with anyone who is not part of the youth group (parents excluded). This includes the sharing of screenshots.

All of my interactions during the Online Youth Group and Connect Video Group will be respectful of all present and those who are not present.

PARENT Permission form

I give permission for my child / children

To participate in the Online Youth Group being facilitated by 24:7 Youth Ministry. I will also ensure that the Code of Conduct is completed by my child/ren and understand that they may be asked to leave the Online Youth Group if they breach the Code.
